Part-Time Position: Recruiter

 

The department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the Catholic University of America (http://eecs.cua.edu) is seeking an outgoing individual to assist the department in its undergraduate recruiting activities. The activities include:
 
  • Setting up and maintaining online department public relations, including a Facebook page, for the benefit of prospective students, current students, and alumni;
  • Assisting the Department Chair and Administrative Assistant in mailing information to prospective students, and following up by e-mail and telephone with prospective students and their parents;
  • Maintaining contact with nearby community colleges to facilitate transfer students entering the EECS program;
  • Coordinating with other department recruiters on open house events.
